Both the buildings stained glass windows and exterior masonry will undergo extensive repair and rehabilitation. All stained glass windows IN THE ENTIRE ORIGINAL BUILDING will be re-leaded and cleaned as necessary, and then weatherproofed with storm coverings; the masonry will be repaired as necessary, repointed, cleaned, and sealed....
