We Care Ministry
Funerals are difficult enough for families who have lost a loved one without having to think about where and how to feed friends and family.
We are so blessed to have the We Care Ministry to step into the gap for our members. When we become aware that we will be holding a funeral service, there are a few calls that immediately go out—our organist Jeff McConnaughey, our A/V specialist Brian Benedum, and the long-time leader of the We Care Ministry—Diane Crisp.
Diane then reaches out to members to find volunteers to provide food and to help serve the funeral meals. Countless families have benefited from this ministry and have been so grateful for the work this wonderful team does.
Caring for each other is what we, as Christians, are called to do. God bless this ministry!
